DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION OF SONGS

Motbinama International Records (MIR) manages its digital distribution activities independently and

assumes all costs and risks arising from this activity once a contract has been signed with an artist.

MiR ensures digital distribution of songs in compliance with the norms and standards

established by the digital platforms and makes its best efforts to promote the songs

received, on all its digital platforms.

MiR acknowledges the Artist's right to control the calculation of his or her revenues

displayed on the digital platforms, undertakes to respect the Artist's brand image and will regularly inform him/her of his/her situation on the platforms,

the evolution of his income, and his statistics.

ONLINE PROMOTIONS AND ADVERTISING

MiR participate in the financing of advertising, digital media

communication to the digital media and promotional operations on digital platforms.
